first of all copy the code below and paste it on Notepad and save it as index.htm

Now you have to register a Free hosting account for your domain

Now hosting company send an email to your email account to verify your account
Open the email and click on the verify link to activate your account..
Now log in to your hosting account and do as follows:
Scroll down and click on “File Manager”
this window will open enter your account password and continue
Then click on public_html
Then click on upload and upload the index.htm file (that we create in the beginning)
And Delete the default.php file
It will take 24-hours to your new website go LIVE
Now your link is cloaked and you can easily post it on anywhere on the internet..
Now if you want to cloak more links Just click on “New dir” create a new directory… open it and upload index.htm in it (just replace your referral/Affiliate link here to your new link that you want to cloak)
